The Apprenticeship in Hospitality Supervision consists of the following components: NVQ in Hospitality Supervision, Application of Number Level 2, Communication Level 2. An Apprenticeship allows you to combine paid employment while spendingtime learning as well. This Hospitality course covers many aspects, including: Supervise the work of staff, Establish and develop positive working relationships, Contribute to the control of resources, Maintain food production operations, Supervise a function and Maintain the reservation and booking service.
